Refund policy

Rallyemerchandise.com is committed to giving the best customer service in regard to refunds and exchanges. Our policy is as follows –

  1. Refunds

Items that are unused, unmarked and in the same condition as supplied and in the original packaging (also as supplied) can be returned to the address below for a full refund if received into our warehouse within 28 days of purchase (which is assumed to be the date of delivery)

  1. Exchanges

Items that are unused, unmarked or undamaged as supplied and in the original packaging (also as supplied) can be exchanged for the same product in a different size if returned to the address and received into our warehouse within 28 days of purchase (which is assumed to be the date of delivery)

  1. Faulty Products/Not as described

If you receive a product that is ‘faulty’ or you consider as ‘not as described’ please send us an email within 3 days of receipt stating what the problem is to sales@rallymerchandise.com. We can then take the appropriate action.

  1. Items received damaged

If you receive an item where the packing has been damaged in transit, please photograph the package before opening and then advise by email so we can take the appropriate action. In instances where you are signing for a package, if it is damaged please sign as such as your signature is acceptance in good state.

  1. Items that become faulty through use

If a product is deemed faulty by a customer through use and it is considered not normal wear and tear, then please send an email to sales@rallyemerchandise.com stating the reasons with back-up photography so that we can review and take the necessary action.

  1. Sale or heavily discounted items

Items that are sold with discounts of 50% or more are not exchangeable or refundable.

  1. Returns Postage cost

We do not refund return postage or pay for resend postage unless the products is deemed faulty

 

If a refund is agreed, the amount will be returned to the credit/debit card that was originally used for the purchase. No other card is processed. If your card has been automatically replaced during this period then we will need the updated expiry date and possibly CVC number. Please allow 7 days from agreement for the funds to appear in your account.

 

In all the above, we need proof of purchase (either the original web order number or, if purchased on events, a copy of the Till receipt). Without these we will not consider any request. These are our policies and do not affect your statutory rights under United Kingdom Law where our Company is based.
